Explore with Amie

I only truly began to explore Scotland in 2023 when I was deciding where to go to university to complete my Masters. I visited both Edinburgh and Stirling in a weekend and decided ultimately to head to Stirling for the year. This was a great base to explore more of what Scotland had to offer. However, I’ve really just scratched the surface. Whilst Scotland and England’s relationship has been somewhat strained throughout history, it has left-behind lots of history and medieval castles to explore in the Borders. The mainland is home to incredible scenery in its national parks and the remote areas of the Highlands. Plus, the Scottish Isles provide more hiking opportunities and places to explore.
