Norfolk

Despite its flatness, Norfolk has a lot to offer. It has unique landscapes with fenland and the winding rivers of the Norfolk Broads National Park which favour boating trips over hiking. The Broads are also Britain’s largest protected wetland so it is the perfect destination for birdwatching. As well as that though, Norfolk has an interesting history with the Romans the first to make their mark on the county. This includes Queen Boudicca, and her Iceni tribe who fought against the Romans but was unsuccessful and the Romans went on to rule for 350 years. I have visited Norfolk quite a few times now and look forward to highlighting a great array of outdoor activities and places to visit in the area.
