Australia was a huge bucket list trip for me and, after the pandemic, it seemed like there was no reason not to go. So, in December of 2022 I set off on the long flight from Heathrow to Melbourne for eight weeks on Australia’s East Coast. It was an incredible experience and one that I would love to relive. Australia is a fabulous country, home to rich aboriginal culture and experiences like no other.
